Warranty & Returns


If your UFlyMike is ever in need of service or repair, please Contact Us as soon as possible.  It is very important that you notify us of any issues during the warranty period for coverage to be applied.

New Product - UFlyMike offers a Two Year Limited Warranty on all new products against manufacturing defects.  This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear, or damage due to abuse, modification, or use of the product with anything other than it's intended purpose.

Repairs - Components replaced during repair are covered by either a One Year Limited Warranty or the remaining length of the original product warranty, whichever is longer.  This additional warranty does not extend parts not replaced during the repair.


We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping charges).  Any product that has been modified, damaged, or missing parts may incur a restocking fee or may be ineligible for refund.

Returns must be received at UFlyMike within 45 days of the delivery date.  Returns received more than 45 days after the delivery date will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their expense. 

If you are in a situation where you will need more than 30 days to test the product, we need to be notified at the time of purchase in order to extend the return period.  No exceptions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product and decide to return your purchase to us, please follow the steps below to expedite the return.

1. Contact UFlyMike to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
(Any product received for return without an RMA number may be returned to the customer at their expense)

2. Include a note inside the package:
The note should contain your Name, Phone #, Email, and RMA number.  This provides extra security in case the package comes open in transit or arrives with no legible external information.

3. Package the return:
Include all original boxing materials, paperwork, and accessories. Make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage. UFlyMike is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products being returned to us.
