UFM Windscreen

Windscreens for the UFM A100, A100T, Pro, Pro2 and Duo headsets.  Windscreens help reduce noise caused by air movement from breathing and the environment.  Also protects the microphone from spit and foreign debris.  Windsocks can be hand washed with soap and water to extend life (remove from microphone first).

There are two "dog ears" that hold the windsock onto the microphone.  You can feel them by squeezing the windscreen.  To avoid ripping the windscreen, we recommend "walking" the windscreen off the microphone by pulling it away from one dog ear at a time, alternating sides, as you work it off.  Repeat the process in reverse to put on a new windscreen.
