Audio Can Only Be Heard In The Left Ear


Often, this issue can be easily fixed by checking and adjusting a few settings on your Harmony System.


1. Identify the Mono / Stereo switch, located on the left hand vertical face of the Aviation Application Box.

2. Ensure it is in the bottom, or “MONO”, position, indicated by the single black line.

3. Ensure that both volume wheels on the top face of the aviation application box are set to the same or similar levels.


If this doesn't solve the issue, you may need to do some further troubleshooting;


- Clean the plugs that connect to the headphones and aircraft with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth.  Be gentle to avoid bending any pins or plugs.

- Test the headphones separately from the HARMONY to verify that they are functioning properly.


If you continue to have the same issue, inspect the interface plug of your Harmony system. This small component should be stable and intact, with no discernible movement in the shaft or any missing pieces.
