UFlyMike Files Lawsuit Against ALPA: Because of ALPA's lack of responsiveness to retract an erroneous and misleading
"Heads Up" to all UAL pilots, we were given no choice but to file a lawsuit against ALPA for negligence and libel.
ALPA acknowledged they never contacted us or the FAA prior to issuing the "Heads Up." If you are a UAL pilot and

Bose just introduced a new QC-series, the QC-15. All versions of the UFlyMike, past and present, are fully compatible with
either the QC-2 or the new QC-15.

UFlyMike Aviation Headset has received FAA TSO C139 Authorization using the QC-2 headphones. The FAA requires use of approved earbuds (Westone UM1), along with the UFlyMike Aviation Headset Adapter
and the Bose QC2.

We are pleased to announce that our product has passed TSO testing standards in accordance with
the latest FAA TSO-C139 (replaces TSO C-57a and C-58a). The UFM/QC2 combo presents no electronic compatibility
issues with any aircraft, commercial or general aviation. It also passes all appropriate environmental TSO test standards.
The FAA requires use of approved earbuds (Westone UM1), along with the UFlyMike Aviation Headset Adapter and the Bose QC2.
