About Us:
We are literally a "mom and pop"
small business, run from our home in rural Colorado and a small shop on the north side of Colorado Springs. My wife, my youngest
son, and myself run every aspect of our new startup business except for some of the complicated machining, the annodizing
of the housings, and the electronics assembly, which are done by three local businesses. I retired from Southwest Airlines
in December 2006; Prior to that, I was in the US Air Force for 25 years of active duty flying F-15s, Helicopters, and the
E3 AWACS. My wonderful wife of 39 years is a housewife, mother of two sons, and grandmother once over. My youngest son has
become increasingly involved in the business and has been instrumental in its success.

Product History:
Our adapters are truly "Made
in the U.S.A." The idea came to us years ago when I couldn't find an aviation head-set that was effective but also comfortable
and compact. I ran into a flying associate who had made his own headset from a lightweight stereo entertainment headset and
an earbud style voice tube aviation headset. By combining the two, he had made a lightweight headset with a boom-mike. We
soon started seeing who could come up with the best design. We left the friendly competition in a draw some years ago. When
ANR stereo entertainment headsets were introduced, they were an obvious choice for our idea. With the help of a friend who
is a EE guru and also owns a design and fabricating business, we spent about a year fine-tuning our first prototype and figuring
out how to manufacture them. Our first sales orders were filled in Apr 2005.
Customer Service:
We value your business and vow
to not only give you the best possible product we can manufacture, but we'll back it up with personal, timely and honest service.
If you call, we try to make sure you don't get an answering machine. When you ask us for assistance or have a question, we
try to give you a timely response. If YOU have a problem, then we feel like WE have a problem.
